By teaming up to further raise the bar when it comes to member and employee satisfaction. ILS worked with RCLC to help establish the "ILS experience" for employees that will bring an elevated customer service experience to the organization.

Over the past six months, the RCLC worked closely with ILS staff to integrate their world-class customer service principles into healthcare operations. This partnership will empower ILS staff with tools, techniques, and philosophies that have made the Ritz- Carlton brand synonymous with exceptional service worldwide.

ILS staff from around the country participated in creating the new ILS Experience and helped to create a framework for employees that will be rolled out across the organization. In the coming months, "Culture Champions" will be training staff around the organization on the new ILS Experience that will reinforce the importance of personalized service, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Along with launching the ILS Experience, the company will also be introducing an updated logo, website, and other external facing collateral.
