(July 18, 2024) — Florida Community Care (FCC), a statewide managed care plan and the only Medicaid Long-Term Care provider service network in Florida, and Florida Community Care (FC2), a Medicare Special Needs Plan for people who live in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or at home with complex health issues that require more coordinated and comprehensive care are proud to announce their role as the Platinum Sponsors of the Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) 2024 Annual Conference & Trade Show.

The event, which takes place from July 21st to July 25th at the Rosen Shingle Creek
in Orlando, Florida, is the premier event for long-term care professionals in Florida, bringing together hundreds of experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to share insights, innovations, and strategies to enhance the quality of care in long-term care facilities.
