Tatiana Pita is a healthcare leader with extensive experience in care management, population health, and health plan operations. As Senior Vice President of Health Plan Care Management at Independent Living Systems (ILS), she leads the organization’s care management strategy and operations, overseeing programs that support members across Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care populations. She is focused on advancing quality, improving health outcomes, and ensuring members receive coordinated, person-centered care.
Prior to assuming her current role, Pita held progressive leadership positions within ILS, helping to strengthen care management programs and operational performance across the organization.
