Michael Leavitt

Michael Leavitt is founder and chairman of Leavitt Partners, a healthcare intelligence business.

Prior, Leavitt served as the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 2005 to 2009, during which time he focused on issues including Medicare and Medicaid reform and health information technology development. Leavitt also served as governor of Utah for nearly 11 years (1993-2003) and as administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from 2003 to 2005.
