(July 2025) — Independent Living Systems (ILS), a leader in providing person-centered, comprehensive health and social care for vulnerable populations, has been recognized as one of the largest privately held companies in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal. ILS was number 10 on the list of 100.
The annual list highlights the top 100 private companies in the region based on 2024 revenue. This year’s ranked businesses collectively generated more than $87 billion in revenue and employ over 33,000 individuals across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
ILS’ inclusion on this prestigious list underscores its continued growth, financial strength, and impact on the South Florida economy.

In just four years, the company has more than doubled revenue and employee growth has grown to over 1,500 employees across the country.
