Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care Make Waves as Title Sponsor of the 2025 FALA Conference & Tradeshow

Miami, FL. (May 2025) – Florida Community Care (FCC) and Florida Complete Care (FC2), both owned and operated by Independent Living Systems, are pleased to announce their title sponsorship of the 2025 Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA) Conference & Tradeshow. The conference will be held in Orlando, FL, July 28-31.

The 2025 FALA Conference & Tradeshow will take place under the theme “Ripple Effect,” reflecting the power of movement and change within the long-term care industry. As champions of innovative, person-centered healthcare solutions, FCC and FC2 are dedicated to making a significant impact by supporting providers, caregivers, and industry leaders as they navigate the ever-changing landscape of senior and specialty care.

Florida Community Care (FCC) is Florida’s only statewide Medicaid provider service network operating as a health plan under the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care program. Florida Complete Care (FC2) is a Medicare Advantage special needs plan operating in 22 counties across the state designed for individuals who require coordinated and comprehensive care for complex health issues.

“We are delighted to partner with FALA to bring together industry leaders and stimulate meaningful change in long-term care,” said Nestor Plana, CEO and Chairman of Independent Living Systems. “At Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, we firmly believe that every action we take, whether it involves care coordination, advocacy, or community engagement, generates a ripple effect that enhances lives throughout Florida.”

FCC and FC2 have maintained a long-standing partnership with FALA, the oldest assisted living association in the state. For over 30 years, FALA has delivered advocacy, education, and regulatory support to its members.

Attendees of this year’s conference can anticipate a dynamic program designed to “MAKE WAVES” in the industry, including:

  • Engaging keynote speakers who are shaping the future of senior and disability care.
  • Interactive workshops concentrating on innovation and best practices.
  • State-of-the-art exhibits showcasing the latest trends in the industry.
