(January 2026) Independent Living Systems (ILS) today announced a major milestone—reaching 500 care managers across Florida for its two health plans, Florida Community Care (FCC) and Florida Complete Care (FC2). This growing team is dedicated to delivering personalized, community-based care that supports Florida’s most vulnerable populations. To mark the occasion, we are launching #500CMStrong, a month-long campaign recognizing this significant accomplishment.
Care managers play a critical role in coordinating medical, behavioral, and social servicesandhelpmembers navigate complex systems whileremainingsafely andindependently in their homes and communities. The #500CMStrong campaign shinesaspotlighton the professionals who serve as advocates, problem-solvers, and trusted partners for tens of thousands of individuals and families across Florida.

Florida Community Care, ILS’s Medicaid Plan,operatesas a Provider Service Network, partnering closely with healthcare and community-based providers to ensure seamless, person-centered care delivery.Florida Complete Care is a Medicare Advantage special needs plan for people who live in a nursing home, assisted living facility, ormay behomebound with complex health issues that require coordinated comprehensive care.
