Chief Operating Officer, Health Plans President

Abby Riddle is the Chief Operating Officer and Health Plans President for ILS. With over 15 years of experience in government-sponsored healthcare programs, Riddle plays a pivotal role in steering ILS’s strategic initiatives, particularly in expanding managed care services for vulnerable populations in Florida. Her leadership ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care solutions that address the complex needs of the aging and chronically ill populations.

Prior to joining ILS in 2020, Riddle served as assistant deputy secretary for Medicaid operations with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), functioning as the Florida Medicaid program’s chief operating officer. Riddle held several senior-level positions during her tenure with the agency and had day-to-day responsibility for operations of Medicaid’s $28 billion managed care program.

In addition to her role at ILS, Riddle holds the position of Plan President, further exemplifying her commitment to advancing healthcare delivery systems. Her extensive background in both public and private sectors underscores her expertise in navigating the complexities of healthcare administration and her dedication to improving health outcomes for underserved communities.
