Tarlton Thomas is the Chief Financial Officer of Independent Living Systems (ILS). With more than 25 years of financial and leadership experience, Thomas is responsible for all financial functions at ILS including treasury, accounting, statutory filings, financial analysis, actuarial tax, and accounts payable. He works closely with the rest of the ILS executive team on annual business plans and budgeting.  

Prior to joining ILS in 2021, Thomas was a Principal at Health Management Associates (HMA), a national health research and consulting firm where he focused on finance and operations for the team’s managed care plan.
